CHAP. 94.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Patrick McCue. February 5, 1906.[[S. 147](/us/bill/59/s/147).][[Private, No. 82](/us/pvt/59/82).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Patrick McCue.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Patrick McCue, late of Company K, Eleventh Regiment Missouri Volunteer Infantry, and Companies C and F, Battalion Mississippi Marine Brigade Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
