CHAP. 939.— An Act To remove the charge of desertion from the military record of Anton Ernst. February 18, 1907.[[S. 2139](/us/bill/34/s/2139).][[Private, No. 846](/us/pvt/34/846).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of War Anton Ernst.Honorable discharge granted.be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion from the military record of Anton Ernst, late of Company K, Second Maryland Infantry, and to grant him an honorable discharge to date as of October fifteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-two : *Provided,* *Proviso.*No pay, etc.That no pay, bounty, pension, or other emoluments shall become due, or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
