CHAP. 938.— An Act To correct the military record of William Fleming. February 18, 1907.[[S. 1215](/us/bill/34/s/1215).][[Private, No. 845](/us/pvt/34/845).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of War William Fleming.Military record corrected.be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to correct the military record of William Fleming, late private of Company I, First Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, so that it will read:
Discharged from the service of the United States on the twentieth day of September, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, by reason of disability: *Provided*, *Proviso*.No pay, etc.That no pay, bounty, or other allowance shall be paid or become due or payable by reason of or on account of the passage of this Act. Approved, February 18, 1907.
