CHAP. 935.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Martha Miller. March 12, 1906.[[H. R. 12887](/us/bill/34/hr/12887).][[Private, No. 892](/us/pvt/34/892).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theMartha Miller.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. the. name of Martha Miller, widow of William Miller, late of Captain Pouncey’s company, Alabama Volunteers, Creek Indian war, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
