CHAP. 929.— An Act For the relief of William H. Osenburg. February 16, 1907.[[S. 5352](/us/bill/34/s/5352).][[Private, No. 840](/us/pvt/34/840).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theWilliam H. Osenburg.Honorable discharge granted. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion now standing against the name of William H. Osenburg, charged with desertion from the United States revenue, cutter Hercules, October third, eighteen hundred and sixty-three; and the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized to issue to him a certificate of honorable discharge from the Revenue-Cutter Service.
