CHAP. 927.— An Act To authorize the county of Clay, in the State of Arkansas, to construct a bridge across Black River at or near Bennetts Ferry, in said county and State. February 16, 1907. [[H. R. 23578](/us/bill/59/hr/22584).] [[Public, No. 88](/us/pl/59/88).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Black River.Clay County, Ark., may bridge, at Bennetts Ferry. That the county of Clay, one of the counties of the State of Arkansas, duly created and organized under the laws of said State, be, and it is hereby, authorized to con893struct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto, across the Black River, at or near Bennetts Ferry, which is located on or near the south half of the north half of section four, in township twenty north, range five east, in said county, in the State of Arkansas, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate *Ante*, p. 84.the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, February 16, 1907.
