CHAP. 926.— An Act For the relief of Charles E. Danner and Company. February 15, 1907.[[H. R. 8685](/us/bill/34/hr/8685).][[Private, No. 839](/us/pvt/34/839).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Charles E. Danner and Company.Refund of license, etc.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Charles E. 2413Danner, John N.
Wallace, and W. Porter Danner, copartners trading under the name of Charles E. Danner and Company, the sum of two hundred and forty dollars, the amount paid by them for a wholesale dealer’s license for the sale of oleomargarine, and the penalty thereon. Approved, February 15, 1907.
