CHAP. 924.— An Act To authorize the reappointment of Harry McL. P. Huse as an officer of the line in the Navy. February 15, 1907. [[H. R. 22291](/us/bill/59/hr/22291).] [[Public, No. 86](/us/pl/59/86).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Navy.Harry McL. P. Huse may be reappointed commander on active list of. That the President be, and he is hereby, authorized to appoint, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, Harry McL.
P. Huse. now a professor of mathematics in the United States Navy with the rank of commander, a commander on the active list of the Navy, to take rank next after *Provisos.*Examination.William L. Rodgers: *Provided*, That the said Harry McL. P. Huse shall establish to the satisfaction of the Secretary of the Navy by examination pursuant to law his physical, mental, moral, and professional fitness to perform the duties of that grade: *And provided further*, Additional number of grade.That the said Harry McL.
P. Huse shall be, carried as an additional to the number of the grade to which he may be appointed under this Act, or at any time thereafter promoted: *And provided further*, No back pay.That the said Harry McL. P. Huse shall not by the passage of this Act be entitled to back pay of any kind. Approved, February 15, 1907.
