CHAP. 921.— An Act Authorizing the Secretary of the Interior to issue deed of conveyance to Lyman Ballou to certain lands in Custer County, South Dakota. February 14, 1907. [[H. R. 23889](/us/bill/59/hr/23889).] [[Public, No. 83](/us/pl/59/83).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Lyman Ballou.Conveyance of certain land in Custer County, S. Dak., to.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to issue a deed of conveyance to Lyman Ballou, of the town of Buffalo Gap, Custer County, South Dakota, to the following described lands, to wit:
The Description.north one hundred feet of lot one in block seven of the original town of Buffalo Gap: also all that part of the southeast quarter of the south-west quarter of section twenty-nine in township six south, of range seven east, of the Black Hills meridian, bounded and described as follows, to wit: Beginning at the intersection of the north line of Fine street with the west line of Second street, running thence east on the north line of Fine street eighty feet; thence south on the east line of Second street eighty feet; thence west on the south line of Fine street eighty feet: thence north on the west line of Second street eighty feet to the place of beginning, as said streets are laid down and described on the plat of the town of Buffalo Gap, on record in the office of the register of deeds of Custer County.
