CHAP. 920.— An Act To fix the time of holding the circuit and district courts for the northern district of West Virginia. February 11, 1907. [[H. R. 16386](/us/bill/59/hr/16386).] [[Public, No. 82](/us/pl/59/82).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, United States Courts.West Virginia northern judicial district.Vol. 31, p. 737, amended. That so much of the Act of Congress approved January twenty-second, nineteen hundred and one. entitled an “Act to divide the State of West Virginia into two judicial districts.” as relates to the time of holding the regular terms of the circuit and district courts of the United States for the north-891ern district of West Virginia be amended so as to read as follows:
“ Regular terms of the circuit and district courts of the United States for the northern district of West Virginia shall begin at the following times and places in each year: " “At Wheeling, on the first Tuesday of Terms.Wheeling.Clarksburg.Martinsburg.April and third Tuesday of September; at Clarksburg, on the third Tuesday of April and first Tuesday of October; at Martinsburg, on the second Tuesday of May and third Tuesday of October: at Philippi, on the fourth Tuesday of Philippi.May and first Tuesday of November.
And the circuit and district courts shall be held at Parkersburg beginning on the second Tuesday Parkersburg.of January and second Tuesday of June of each year: *Provided*, That *Proviso.*Court room at Philippi.a place for holding said courts at Philippi shall be furnished to the Government free of cost by the county of Barbour until other provision is made therefor by law.” " Approved, February 11, 1907.
