CHAP. 92.— An Act Granting a pension to Walter S. Harman. January 12, 1907.[[H. R. 17918](/us/bill/34/hr/17918).][[Private, No. 79](/us/pvt/34/79).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Walter S. Harman.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Walter S. Harman, late of Captain Edward Anderson’s Battery, South Carolina Volunteer Heavy Artillery, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, January 12, 1907.
