CHAP. 919.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to James Cassady. March 12, 1906.[[H. R. 12016](/us/bill/34/hr/12016).][[Private, No. 876](/us/pvt/34/876).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the James Cassady.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James Cassady, late of Company M, Ninth Regiment New York Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, March 12, 1906.
