CHAP. 919.— An Act Authorizing the Secretary of the Treasury to pay to German M. Rouse informer’s fees for certain opium seizures. February 9, 1907.[[H. Rouse.Payment to.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to German M.
Rouse the sum of three thousand dollars, as informer’s fees as informant on certain seizures of opium seized on or about the months of December, eighteen hundred and eighty-five, and January, eighteen hundred and eighty-six, by the United States authorities as a part of the cargo of the steamer Idaho and at Cassan Bay, Alaska.
