CHAP. 918.— An Act To reimburse Quong Hong Yick for one case of opium erroneously condemned and sold by the United States. February 9, 1907.[[H. R. 5223](/us/bill/34/hr/5223).][[Private, No. 837](/us/pvt/34/837).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Quong Hong Yick.Reimbursement.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two hundred and seventy dollars and forty-one cents, to Quong Hong Yick, for one case of opium erroneously condemned in the United States court and sold by the marshal under a writ of venditioni exponas.
