CHAP. 917.— An Act Granting an honorable discharge to Galen E. Green. February 9, 1907.[[H. R. 3398](/us/bill/34/hr/3398).][[Private, No. 836](/us/pvt/34/836).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of War Galen E. Green.Honorable discharge grunted.be, and he is hereby, required to give to Galen E. Green, late first lieutenant of the Seventh Wisconsin Battery, an honorable dis-charge, to date on the fifteenth day of January, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, the same as though the name of said Green had been borne *Proviso*.No pay, etc.on the rolls of the Army to the date last named: *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
