CHAP. 915.— An Act For the relief of John C. Lynch. February 9, 1907.[[H. R. 12560](/us/bill/34/hr/12560).][[Private, No. 834](/us/pvt/34/834).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Court of Claims shall have and possess jurisdiction and authority to inquire into andJohn C. Lynch.Indian depredation claim of, referred to Court of Claims. finally adjudicate the claim of John C. Lynch, a resident of Shackelford County, Texas, for property taken or destroyed by Indians, and for the purpose of this action it shall be assumed he was a citizen of the United States at the time of the injury.
