CHAP. 910.— An Act For the relief of Nye and Schneider Company. February 8, 1907.[[H. R. 10595](/us/bill/34/hr/10595).][[Private, No. 833](/us/pvt/34/833).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the sum of sixty-oneNye and Schneider Company.Payment to. dollars and thirteen cents be, and is hereby, appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of paying to Nye and Schneider Company, of Fremont, Nebraska, the said sum of money, being an unpaid balance on bill rendered for fuel furnished the United States Government by that company during the years eighteen hundred and ninety-three and eighteen hundred and ninety-four for the purpose of heating the post-office building at Hastings, Nebraska, which said amount has remained unpaid by reason of the appropriation for such purpose having been exhausted.
