CHAP. 906.— An Act For the relief of the estate of Captain Charles E. Russell, deceased. February 8, 1907.[[H. R. 10015](/us/bill/34/hr/10015).][[Private, No. 829](/us/pvt/34/829).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Charles E. Russell.Payment to estate of. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, to the estate of Captain Charles E.
Russell, deceased, the sum of seven hundred and twenty-one dollars and eighty-six cents, being the amount due to the said Russell for money disbursed while serving as quartermaster, Eighth United States Infantry, who died in the service May twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred and two, before he had time to prepare a proper settlement with the United States Government, which settlement was being prepared by said officer at the time of his death.
