CHAP. 905.— An Act For the relief of Philip Loney. February 8, 1907.[[H. R. 9778](/us/bill/34/hr/9778).][[Private, No. 828](/us/pvt/34/828).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Philip Loney.Payment to.Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay to Philip Loney, late sergeant, Company I, Ninth Regiment United States Infantry, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of five hundred and fifty-three dollars, being the amount of money belonging to the said Loney deposited with Lieutenant J.
K. Allen, acting quartermaster of said regiment, and appropriated by the United States after the death of said Allen. Approved, February 8, 1907.
