CHAP. 901.— An Act To authorize the Atlanta, Birmingham and Atlantic Railroad Company to construct a bridge across the Coosa River in the State of Alabama. February 8, 1907. [[H. R. 24603](/us/bill/59/hr/24603).] [[Public, No. 77](/us/pl/59/77).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Coosa River, Ala.Atlanta. Birmingham and Atlantic Railroad Company may bridge, at Talladega. That the Atlanta, Birmingham and Atlantic Railroad Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Alabama, its successors and assigns, be, and they are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a railroad bridge and approaches thereto across the Coosa River near Talladega, Talladega County, in the State of Alabama, in accordance *Ante*, p. 84.with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 8, 1907.
