CHAP. 899.— An Act To amend an Act entitled “An Act to authorize the Mercantile Bridge Company to construct a bridge over the Monongahela River, Pennsylvania, from a point in the borough of North Charleroi, Washington County, to a point in Rostraver Township, Westmoreland County,” approved March fourteenth, nineteen hundred and four. February 8, 1907. [[H. R. 24361](/us/bill/59/hr/24361).] [[Public, No. 75](/us/pl/59/75).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Monongahela River, Pa.Time extended for bridging, by the Mercantile Bridge Company.Vol. 33, p. 82, amended.
That section seven of an Act entitled “An Act to authorize the Mercantile Bridge Company to construct a bridge over the Monongahela River, Pennsylvania, front a point in the borough of North Charleroi, Washington County, to a point in Rostraver Township, Westmoreland County.” approved March fourteenth, nineteen hundred and four, be, and is hereby, amended to read as follows: " “Sec. 7. Time of construction. That this Act shall be mill and void unless the construction of said bridge shall be commenced within one year from the passage of this Act and shall be completed by March fourteenth, nineteen hundred and eight.
