CHAP. 898.— An Act To amend an Act entitled “An Act to authorize the city of Saint Louis, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Missouri, to construct a bridge across the Mississippi River,” approved June twenty-fifth, nineteen hundred and six. February 8, 1907. [[H. R. 23383](/us/bill/59/hr/23383).] [[Public, No. 74](/us/pl/59/74).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the city of Saint Louis Mississippi River.Time extended for bridging, by Saint Louis, Mo.*Ante*, p. 461, amended.shall have authority to construct the bridge mentioned in the Act entitled “An Act to authorize the city of Saint Louis, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Missouri, to construct a bridge across the Mississippi River,” approved June twenty-fifth, nineteen hundred and six, under and subject to the limitations and restrictions mentioned in said Act, if the actual construction of the bridge therein Time of construction.authorized shall be commenced within one year from the approval of this Act and completed within three years from same date.
