CHAP. 888.— An Act To correct the naval record of Michael Sheehan. February 7, 1907.[[H. R. 13895](/us/bill/34/hr/13895).][[Private, No. 821](/us/pvt/34/821).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Michael Sheehan.Honorable discharge granted.Navy is hereby authorized and directed to remove from the rolls and records in the Navy Department the record of desertion now standing on said rolls and records against Michael Sheehan, late landsman on the Potomac flotilla, and grant a certificate of honorable discharge, to date *Proviso*.No bounty, etc.July fourth, eighteen hundred and sixty-five: *Provided,* That the passage of this Act shall not serve to entitle him to any bounty or allowance.
