CHAP. 881.— An Act For the relief of Ephraim Greenawalt. February 7, 1907.[[H. R. 1142](/us/bill/34/hr/1142).][[Private, No. 814](/us/pvt/34/814).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Ephraim Greenawalt.Reimbursement.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Ephraim Greenawalt, of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of three hundred dollars, being for commutation money alleged to have been unlawfully collected from him by the military authorities of the United States April fifth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four.
