CHAP. 874.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Casper Yost. March 12, 1906.[[H. R. 10437](/us/bill/34/hr/10437).][[Private, No. 831](/us/pvt/34/831).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Casper Yost.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Casper Yost, late first lieutenant Company B, First Regiment Illinois Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
