CHAP. 874.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to William Sherk. February 6, 1907.[[H. R. 22684](/us/bill/34/hr/22684).][[Private, No. 808](/us/pvt/34/808).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theWilliam Sherk.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension awe, the name of William Sherk, late of Company M, Fifth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Cavalry, and Company F, Nineteenth Regiment Veteran Reserve Corps, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
