CHAP. 87.— An Act Granting a pension to Eliza F. Wadsworth. January 12, 1907.[[H. R. 17481](/us/bill/34/hr/17481).][[Private, No. 74](/us/pvt/34/74).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theEliza F. Wadsworth.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Eliza F. Wadsworth, widow of Charles C. Wadsworth, late of Company G, Fourth Regiment Maryland Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, January 12, 1907.
