CHAP. 865.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Elizabeth Jane Hancher. February 6, 1907.[[H. R. 22265](/us/bill/34/hr/22265).][[Private, No. 799](/us/pvt/34/799).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and, House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theElizabeth Jane Hancher.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth Jane Hancher, widow of John Hancher, late of Company C, Second Regiment Mississippi Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
