CHAP. 856.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Montezuma St. John. February 6, 1907.[[H. R. 21519](/us/bill/34/hr/21519).][[Private, No. 790](/us/pvt/34/790).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theJohn.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Montezuma St.
John, late of Company K, One hundred and twenty-fifth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay rim a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 6, 1907.
