CHAP. 846.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Joseph Rose. February 6, 1907.[[H. R. 21142](/us/bill/34/hr/21142).][[Private, No. 780](/us/pvt/34/780).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Joseph Rose.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 2399laws, the name of Joseph Rose, late of Company H, First Regiment Tennessee Mounted Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
