CHAP. 84.— An Act Granting a pension to Sherman Jacobs. January 12, 1907.[[H. R. 16747](/us/bill/34/hr/16747).][[Private, No. 71](/us/pvt/34/71).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Sherman Jacobs.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 2241laws, the name of Sherman Jacobs, late of Company A, Fourth Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, January 12, 1907.
