CHAP. 813.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Abel S. Thompson. March 12, 1906.[[H. R. 8251](/us/bill/34/hr/8251).][[Private, No. 770](/us/pvt/34/770).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Abel S. Thompson.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions anti limitations of the pension laws, the name of Abel S.
Thompson, late of Company A, One hundred and twenty-third Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, March 12, 1906.
