CHAP. 811.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Philipp Cline, alias Francis Klein. March 12, 1906.[[H. R. 8216](/us/bill/34/hr/8216).][[Private, No. 768](/us/pvt/34/768).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Philipp Cline, alias Francis Klein.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension taws, the name of Philipp Cline, alias Francis Klein, late musician, Twelfth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
