CHAP. 810.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Nettie G. Kruger. February 6, 1907.[[H. R. 20581](/us/bill/34/hr/20581).][[Private, No. 744](/us/pvt/34/744).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Nettie G. Kruger.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Nettie G.
Kruger, widow of Charles W. Kruger, 2391late of United States Marine Corps, and pay her a pension at the rate of eighteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving: *Provided*,* however*, That in he event of the death of Emilie L. Kruger, helpless and dependent child of said Charles W. Kruger, the additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine. Approved, February 6, 1907.
