CHAP. 802.— An Act Granting a pension to Mary C. Kirkland. March 12, 1906.[[H. R. 12285](/us/bill/34/hr/12285).][[Private, No. 759](/us/pvt/34/759).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Mary C. Kirkland.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary C. Kirkland, widow of John D. A. Kirkland, late of Company G, First Regiment Louisiana Volunteer Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, March 12, 1906.
