CHAP. 80.— An Act Granting a pension to Matilda Foster. January 12, 1907.[[H. R. 16342](/us/bill/34/hr/16342).][[Private, No. 67](/us/pvt/34/67).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Matilda Foster.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Matilda Foster, widow of Rufus D. Foster, late of Company I, One hundred and forty-third Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, January 12, 1907.
