CHAP. 797.— An Act Granting a pension to John J. Brewer. March 12, 1906.[[H. R. 10611](/us/bill/34/hr/10611).][[Private, No. 754](/us/pvt/34/754).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the John J. Brewer.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1597pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John J. Brewer, late second lieutenant Company A, Tenth Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate, of fifteen dollars per month. Approved, March 12, 1906.
