CHAP. 796.— An Act Granting a pension to James Gallt. March 12, 1906.[[H. R. 10483](/us/bill/34/hr/10483).][[Private, No. 753](/us/pvt/34/753).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the James Gallt.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James Gallt, dependent father of Alexander Gallt, late of Company E, Ninety-seventh Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 12, 1906.
