CHAP. 79.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Payton S. Lynn. February 2, 1906. [[H. R. 8713](/us/bill/59/hr/8713).][[Private, No. 71](/us/pvt/59/71).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Payton S. Lynn. Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1445pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Payton S. Lynn, late of Company F, Third Regiment Indiana Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 2, 1906.
