CHAP. 76.— An Act Granting a pension to Louis Dieckgraefe. February 2, 1906. [[H. R. 7309](/us/bill/59/hr/7309).][[Private, No. 68](/us/pvt/59/68).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Louis Dieckgraefe. Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Louis Dieckgraefe, late of Company A, Gasconade Battalion Missouri Home Guards, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 2, 1906.
