CHAP. 746.— An Act Granting a pension to Harry W. Omo. March 12, 1906.[[H. R. 6400](/us/bill/34/hr/6400).][[Private, No. 703](/us/pvt/34/703).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theHarry W. Omo.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Harry W. Omo, late of Provisional Company F, First Regiment Colorado Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 12, 1906.
