CHAP. 729.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Henry J. Steck. March 12, 1906.[[H. R. 5957](/us/bill/34/hr/5957).][[Private, No. 686](/us/pvt/34/686).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theHenry J. Steck.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Henry J.
Steck, late of Company C, Fourth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, March 12, 1906.
