CHAP. 723.— An Act Granting a pension to Richard H. Kelly. March 12, 1906.[[H. R. 5711](/us/bill/34/hr/5711).][[Private, No. 680](/us/pvt/34/680).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Richard H. Kelly.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Richard H. Kelly, late of Company L, Thirteenth Regiment Minnesota Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 12, 1906.
