CHAP. 71.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Elijah Thompson Hurst, alias Elijah Thompson. February 2, 1906. [[H. R. 4701](/us/bill/59/hr/4701).][[Private, No. 63](/us/pvt/59/63).] *Be it enacted, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Elijah Thompson Hurst, alias Elijah Thompson. Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elijah Thompson Hurst, alias Elijah Thompson, late of Company F, Twentieth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
