CHAP. 702.— An Act Granting a pension to Leola V. Franks. March 12, 1906.[[H. R. 4826](/us/bill/34/hr/4826).][[Private, No. 659](/us/pvt/34/659).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theLeola V. Franks.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Leola V. Franks, widow of Thomas B.
Franks, late captain Company E, Fifth Regiment United States Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month and two dollars per month additional on account of the minor child of said Thomas B. Franks until he reaches the age of six-teen years. Approved, March 12, 1906.
