CHAP. 698.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to John C. Cavanaugh, alias John Carpenter. March 12, 1906.[[H. R. 4192](/us/bill/34/hr/4192).][[Private, No. 655](/us/pvt/34/655).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the John C. Cavanaugh, alias John Carpenter.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1575laws, the name of John C.
Cavanaugh, alias John Carpenter, late of Company E, Thirty-seventh Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, March 12, 1906.
