CHAP. 691.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Susan Whorton. March 12, 1906.[[H. R. 3670](/us/bill/34/hr/3670).][[Private, No. 648](/us/pvt/34/648).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theSusan Whorton.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Susan Whorton, widow of James W.
Whorton, late of Company A, Ninety-first Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving: *Provided*, That in the event of the death of*Provisos.*Increase to cease on death of child. Ella Nora Whorton, helpless and dependent daughter of said James W. Whorton, the additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine: *And provided further*, That in the event of the death ofPension to child on death of mother.
Susan Whorton, the name of said Ella Nora Whorton shall be placed on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of twelve dollars per month from and after the death of said Susan Whorton. Approved, March 12, 1906.
