CHAP. 672.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Julius D. Rogers. March 12, 1906.[[H. R. 2709](/us/bill/34/hr/2709).][[Private, No. 629](/us/pvt/34/629).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theJulius D. Rogers.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Julius D.
Rogers, late of Captain A. A. Stewart’s company, Florida Mounted Volunteers, Florida Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, March 12, 1906.
