CHAP. 653.— An Act Granting a pension to Henry Peetsch. February 6, 1907.[[H. R. 15202](/us/bill/34/hr/15202).][[Private, No. 587](/us/pvt/34/587).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Henry Peetsch.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Henry Peetsch, late of Company E, Sixty-ninth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 6, 1907.
