CHAP. 65.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Milton R. Dungan. January 12, 1907.[[H. R. 12190](/us/bill/34/hr/12190).][[Private, No. 52](/us/pvt/34/52).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Milton R. Dungan.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Milton R.
Dungan, late of Company C, Seventh Regiment United States Infantry, war with Mexico, Companies D and E, Eighth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and Company F, One hundred and fifty-first Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, January 12, 1907.
